Join the Cornelius PARC Department, along with the Smithville CommUNITY Coalition, as we celebrate Black History Month.  This year's program will feature presentations from Torrence Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, Hunters Chapel United Methodist Church, and Union Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.  We will hear from guest speaker, Carla Hanzal with the Arts & Science Council.  Attendees will also enjoy children's activities, memorabilia, performances, and refreshments.
