There’s a quiet shift happening in how women approach wellness. It’s becoming less about perfection and more about intention—small, meaningful choices that support how we feel each day.
In Lake Norman, that shift is taking shape through Well is the New Wealth, a women-focused wellness series presented by Iredell Health System. Now in its second session, the series continues on Thursday, April 23 at Mitchell Community College’s Mooresville campus, offering a space to slow down, connect, and learn in a way that feels both approachable and impactful.
Held from 8:30 to 9:30 AM in Brawley Room 105, this complimentary brunch and learn invites women of all ages to gather around a shared goal—living well in a way that feels sustainable. With no cost to attend, the experience is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and rooted in community.
This session focuses on body mechanics and injury prevention, led by Hannah Fox, DPT, Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at Iredell Health System. Through thoughtful conversation and practical guidance, attendees will explore posture, ergonomics, and simple adjustments that can make a lasting difference in everyday life. Light refreshments and a Q&A create space for connection, reflection, and conversation.
As Lake Norman continues to grow, so does the desire for experiences that feel meaningful and grounded. Gatherings like this offer more than information—they offer connection. A chance to step away from the pace of daily life and invest, even briefly, in your own well-being.
Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. Register today to reserve your spot.
