IT’S ALL ABOUT THE RUB!
Try any combination of the following: Pink Himalayan sea salt, pink and white peppercorns, cinnamon, brown sugar, rosemary, chili and chipotle powders, coffee and/or espresso.

PAIRING BREW AND FOOD
With blonde or pale ales, serve with chicken, fish, or a cheese board; darker or amber brews pair well with (you guessed it!) steak; be careful with wheat or stout beers as they may overpower some lighter foods like chicken and vegetables so think lamb, smoked pork, or spicy beef kabobs.
