Guided by compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others, she approaches every interaction as an opportunity to make a difference. Her influence extends well beyond the showroom or the boardroom. Those who know Katy best describe her as someone who serves with generosity, kindness, and a true commitment to her community. “My personal motto is, Work Hard, Play Hard, Serve Others, and Grow. Life’s greatest blessings are found in the relationships we build and the differences we make in the lives of others. My job is to serve our team, our customers, and our community. I want to help people achieve their dreams and make a meaningful impact. At the end of the day, people won’t remember every accomplishment, but they will remember how you made them feel.”
