About Rashel
As owner of five Rio 150 Mexican Restaurant locations, Rashel has built a thriving family business rooted in hospitality, hard work, and genuine relationships. A devoted mother of three and passionate entrepreneur, Rashel is known for leading by example. She remains actively involved in her restaurants, believing that owner involvement and personal connection are essential to creating an exceptional experience for both guests and employees. Her hands-on leadership style has helped transform Rio 150 into one of the region’s favorite dining destinations while creating career opportunities and mentoring countless team members. Inspired by the importance of community, Rashel also created the Rio 150 Dine for Dollars program, allowing schools, churches, athletic organizations, and nonprofits to raise funds while bringing people together over a meal. Through this initiative and countless other acts of generosity, she has helped organizations throughout the Lake Norman area secure much-needed financial support.
